Portrait Practice #1

Weekend in Washington
Was in DC earlier this month for a work conference. Despite the windy cold and snowflakes, I found comfort with my pens and paints whenever I got antsy.
Also got this goofy souvenir…
Moleskine: January ’17
It’s good to keep sketching fast, whenever I get a glimpse of inspiration, to just draw rapidamente, faster than I can think of what’s wrong. It’s good to act despite my fears, to just do without attaching judgments.
